These terms describe purchases and service bookings with A Collision With Purpose.

Products and orders

Review the product description, delivery address, and total charges before completing a purchase. Product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are presented at checkout. Physical product orders follow our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

One-on-one consultations

Consultations support personal growth, growth mindset, and leadership development. The session's scope, appointment time, and any fee are confirmed before booking.

You may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice before the confirmed appointment time. For changes requested with less notice or a missed appointment, contact us to discuss the available options. No late-cancellation or missed-appointment fee applies unless it was expressly disclosed and agreed before booking.

Keynotes, masterclasses, and workshops

A speaking or training engagement is confirmed through a written booking agreement. The agreement sets out the date, delivery format, scope, fee, payment schedule, any travel expenses, and cancellation and rescheduling arrangements. Fees are quoted directly during planning.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Payment requirements and any cancellation charges must be disclosed and agreed before the booking is confirmed.

If we cancel a service

If A Collision With Purpose cancels a service, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of payments for the service that will not be delivered.

Coming-soon offerings

Listings marked "Coming Soon" provide information and availability updates. They are not offered for purchase until ordering is opened and fulfillment arrangements are ready.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
