Growth Signature Assessment™ included: Every Blueprint 12™ client completes the Growth Signature Assessment™ at the start of the program to establish a baseline across six dimensions of growth, and again at Week 12 to measure progress.

Already completed the assessment? With your permission, your existing results can be used as your baseline.

Six Sessions Across 12 Weeks

  1. Week 1, Direction and baseline: two goals and first actions
  2. Week 3, Mindset and response: alternative approaches and a practical test
  3. Week 5, Habits and feedback: routines and a midpoint review
  4. Week 7, Decisions and leadership: options and constructive communication
  5. Week 9, Execution and obstacles: a two-week action and contingency plan
  6. Week 11, Progress and continuation: evidence review and a 30-day plan

Clients complete agreed practice between appointments. Week 12 includes a written closeout report.

Six private 60-minute consultations; the Growth Signature Assessment™ (a $79.99 value) at the start and at Week 12; a Growth & Execution Workbook; goal, action and progress records; guided between-session practice; and a personalized 30-day continuation plan. The precise communication arrangements and program terms are agreed before enrollment.

Program Investment

Standard investment (self-funded): $1,997.

Founding-client offer: $1,497 for the first 10 accepted and enrolled clients, subject to availability. This offer is confirmed after application approval and is not an automatic checkout discount.

Organization-sponsored: $2,997 per leader. For employers and institutions investing in a manager or leader. Includes a written progress summary for the sponsoring organization, shared only with the participant's written consent. Individual session content remains confidential.

Approved installment options: Standard enrollment: three payments of $699 (total $2,097). Founding-client enrollment: three payments of $525 (total $1,575). Installments are arranged individually after acceptance and signing the agreement; they are not available through public checkout. Organization-sponsored payment terms are set out in the organization's agreement. Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible; genuine emergencies will be considered. Between-session support: One brief email check-in weekly, with responses within two business days. Refunds and withdrawals are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
