Refund policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

This policy covers physical books and merchandise purchased from A Collision With Purpose, together with the service cancellation terms below.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the item's delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original condition. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the return instructions and correct return address.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs when you change your mind about an otherwise correct, undamaged item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful when available. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping required to resolve the issue. The change-of-mind conditions above do not restrict your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an authorized return, we will notify you of the outcome and promptly issue an approved refund to the original payment method. We will confirm the refund amount with you. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Consultations and booked services

One-on-one consultations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice before the confirmed appointment time. For requests made with less notice or a missed appointment, contact us to discuss the available options. No late-cancellation or missed-appointment fee applies unless it was expressly disclosed and agreed before booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements for keynotes, masterclasses, and workshops are set out in the written booking agreement before confirmation.

If A Collision With Purpose cancels a service, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of payments for the service that will not be delivered.
